Dr. Sagar R Jethwa is a consultant Nephrologist and Kidney Transplant Immunologist in valsad district practicing since 2020 and has been extending his excellent service in the field of Nephrology. After completing the MBBS and DNB Medicine degrees, Dr. Sagar completed the DNB Nephrology Superspeciality degree from KIMS Hospital, Trivandrum -- largest tertiary care hospital (650 beded) in South Kerala.
He has worked in Live, Related and Cadaver Donor Renal Transplantation, as well as post-transplant care.
He has vast experience in Clinical Nephrology, Haemodialysis, Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), Kidney Transplants, Critical Care Medicine, CAVH, CAVHD & IPD, and Hypertension. He has technical skills pertaining to the procedures of Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodialysis, Haemoperfusion, Plasmapheresis, and Kidney Biopsy and perm cath insertion. He has done more than 15000 Haemodialysis in Valsad district. He has done more than 100 renal biopsies.
He conducts CME for physicians and family physicians regularly in South Gujarat. He has been working with NGOs to creat Kidney awareness programs for the general public.
